A contemporary Ed Niles house fell foul to the economy and was left with incomplete landscaping. Luckily it was purchased by our client, who was intent upon finally installing the landscape. The home’s relatively bare surroundings provided a blank slate to create a clean landscape design to complement its unique and striking architecture. A double sided water feature that is visible from the driveway draws one toward the front patio, where crisp concrete pavers paired with a sleek built in BBQ and fire feature create a welcome outdoor dining area. The fire feature was repeated on the back side of the house where a raised patio with modern furniture creates a relaxing gathering space that takes advantage of the stunning views of the property. Bold specimen plants and pottery add pops of color to further highlight the architecture of the home.
